You need to try our coolers.  The Revelstoke U-Brew's special recipe for our coolers gets rave reviews from our customers.  Usual comments include that they are not as sweet as commercial coolers and customers appreciate the flexibility we have in our coolers.  We can somewhat control the sweetness levels to your liking and customers can split their batch order between two flavours.

Coolers take 3 weeks to brew.  We ferment a wine to use as its base.  The day before bottling day, we make the flavour which you decide on.  On bottling day, we had it to the wine and carbonate it.  Voila, you have a wine based cooler which is delicious and refreshing.  Ready to drink right away.
